Hi Friends,
I just got back from a heart filled week of bhakti and kīrtan practice with Jai Uttal in Costa Rica (10/10, highly recommend, lmk if you want next year's details). I haven't stopped singing Sita Ram since arriving home.
I realized that kīrtan with a bhakti (devoted) heart is like a balm, healing the emotional scars that I carry around with me. Being able to open my heart in song allows more of my authentic self to come out of the place it's been hiding.
And this practice is TRULY a co-creative practice. We each contribute to the overall flavor of the event.
I want to hear your unique, true voice.

This workshop will go into the mantra, songs and meditation on Ganeśa. It will pair well with @with_adair Adair’s Somatic Processing from 1-3pm. We are going to make the two work together for you to embody the wisdom of Ganeśa.

9/20 4-6pm at Frequency Wellness - Interfaith Song Circle, or Songs of light love and life. My husband and I are going to collaborate in our unique version of a kirtan jam where we open the space to people who want to sing, share their voices in devotion to the divine.
11/20-11/21: 24 hour Sound bath at the Lake House in Canandaigua. I'll be doing the ending Kirtan on 11/21 at 11am. Hosted by the Lake House with many, many sound bath practitioners in the area
